i am very regular too except when i am under stress, or have lost or gain too much weight quite fast...and the weirdest time that i have had my period be late is when i start becoming closer with a new friend and then for some odd reason, my period starts to happen at the same time of my friend...and i have already read in some studies that that actually happens, close females can start getting their period pretty much at the same time. hope that helps.

You are a week off because August had 5 weeks in it instead of 4. You should get your period soon.

It happens. Our bodies and cycles change as we get older. I could tell you some stories. If it doesn't come in another week, I would go to the doc and get checked out. It happened to me a few times and I ended up having an infection from certain foods in my diet. As soon as I took one full day of the antibiotics, I started.

This can depend on your age. Stress can also delay your period. If you are 40 or so, it can be that you are getting older.

Could be stress. Wait a week or two then call your gyn.

Good luck.
