Lee is a chinese surname

But some actor or actress have Lee as their middle name

Tommy Lee Jones

Jason scott lee - looks asian so mabye have chinese blood
brandon and shannon lee - of course dad is bruce lee chinese..

So caucasians with Lee in their name have chinese blood too? or is it just a namesake?

I think it's just a namesake. And Lee isn't just a Chinese surname or has the origin of a Chinese surname. Some Chinese use Lee as their surname in English, because they know "Lee" is popular in US, and can be pronounced much similar as their Chinese surname----"Li".
Lee is a very popular male first name, ranking 123 out of 1219 for males of all ages in the 1990 U.S. Census. Lee is a very popular surname, ranking 24 out of 88799 for people of all ages in the 1990 U.S. Census.

Lee is also Gaelic (Irish) for "poet", and Old English for "glade". .Many people in very old times took their surnames from what they did or where they lived. So William who lived near the glade might have become William Lee, and Killian the poet could have become Brendan Lee.

The name Lee has been used in such ways by Anglo-Saxons for centuries. My sister married an Irishman whose last name is Lee.
