Tommy Lee Jones

Jason scott lee - looks asian so mabye have chinese blood

As far as i know Lee isn't necessarily asian, also those actors you mentioned has Lee as a middle name. You can pick any name for a middle name.

Most asians with the last name Lee has it spelled differently too: it sounds like Lee but spelled Li.

I know a lot of chinese families here that has the surname Young, but there are also americans with the same surname.

The world is getting smaller, it shouldn't be surprising that names transition from one country to another.

Lee is a traditional name with English and Irish origins. It is a change in spelling from the word "lea" meaning a clearing in the woods, so it originally referred to someone who lived in that kind of place. A lot of English names referred to either place or profession. A famous US Civil War general who led the Confederate troops was Robert E. Lee. There are many Caucasian people with the last name Lee (or with Lee as a first or middle name) that have no connection to China.

Not everyone with that last name is Chinese. For example, Bill Lee, former pitcher for the Boston Red Sox.

Also, I'm pretty sure Spike Lee is not Chinese!

Surname frequently used in the American South as a given name in honor of Confederate general Robert E. Lee. Tough-guy actor Lee Marvin; Chrysler chairman Lee Iacocca; actor Lee Majors.
