Is there any way I know that without opening the Case? Is there any software tell it to me?

the best possible way is to open up your casing and check for the wording on your mother board. it won't goes wrong as software will detect our motherboard's name wrongly.

if you wanna find software tht can tell u anything about your computer including your mainboard brand, try SiSoft Sandra.
it's a good program to give you information on all the parts of your computer from hardware to software and even have benchmarking features and let u compare your system with other simillar system.

Well....you can See the DEVICE MANAGER......That will Give you Info on the Hardware Installed on your PC.......and There is a Software Named....BENCHMARK......Search the Software...and Will give you all the Information Of your Machine

there's a software call cpuz in basic terms google it and download it. it won't installation once you run it besides the undeniable fact that it tells you each little thing approximately your laptop. whilst that's working click the mainboard tab up acceptable and their you bypass who made it, the kind and the chipset wish this enables

Assuming you're using Windows XP, go to My Computer, click on it. To the left hand side, you see a box to the top, with "View System Information", click on it. This is where you'll see the information you need.
