my nipples are sore for some reason
they were not like this yesterday
it feels like how it did when i was pregnant and breastfeeding.
any ideas why this would be?

no i have not had intercourse for over a week.
and i do not mess with my breasts myself i leave that to my man.
and when i did get my period my breasts became sore not just the nipple.
my periods are irregular and i have not had one since like a couple moths ago. I lost track of when my last period was.
I havent changed soap or any of that and my clothing has never bothered me before.
one of the answers said it happened to her when she found out she was pregnant could that be a possibility??

This is very normal , it could be the time of the for your cycle , women body change all the time. This is nothing unusual. Get a book on women body changes , read ,read , read , make yourself aware and familiar w / your body ,these will be answers you can pass on to your children when the time is right.

They could be irritated for a number of reasons including rubbing on your bra or blouse, new laundry soap, too much nipple stimulation, ..., etc.
If you are nursing it could even be a yeast infection on your breast. This can happen after a baby gets antibiotics which throw off the natural balance of things in the baby's mouth, which then transfers to the breast.
If it persists more than a few days, see a doctor.

It could be a few different things:
ovulating and about to start your period
pregnancy
Remember, we women go through many changes at any time. Take a pregnancy test.

Lets see u may have sore brests because a baby was fedding or u bumpt em in to something that happens to me or there just sore because u have hart burn.

I sometimes get sore nipples right before I get my period.
And sometimes in the winter, when it gets very dry.

It happens around my period too.

are you pregnant?
are you ovulating?
Did anyone touch them(too rough sex)?
That's all i can think of. if these are not the problem you should check with doctor

are you ovulating this happens around this time use cool water and nothing tight around them it'll pass after your menses if not seek a gyn

ummmmmm did someone bite them during intercouse... or maybe while getting a little one on one action you may have pinched them to hard...... now i am being serrious here... so no need to report me..... maybe you were in a tanning bed.. i burn them before and that hurts....
