that happens to me all the time! especially when my classes are really long and go up to 5 in the evening...but then i can't fall asleep...i end up in my bed for an hour just trying to sleep. To me, i think it's just stress

Yeah, it's called being overtired. You need to unwind with a book or a drink or a bed partner.

Yes it happens to me all the time.. Lots of people tells me that this happens cos.. the brain & mind is still active althou body is tired...

I used to work two fulltime jobs, the first week I was up from thursday 9am to sunday 12pm, when i finaly got to sleep I just couldn`t my body wouldn`t let me.

YES, I HAVE THAT PROBLEM MOST EVERY NIGHT OR MORNING FOR THAT MATTER ... I FEEL IT TOO MUCH GOING INSIDE YOUR BRAIN TO FINALLY CALL IT A END OF THE DAY SO IT ( THE BRAIN ) WANTS TO KEEP GOING FORWARD. ..IF YOU HAVE THIS PROBLEM AS MUCH AS I DO , SEE YOUR DR AS HE CAN PRESCRIBE A MILD OR ? SLEEPING PILL ..NOT TO MENTION THAT A FEW DRINKS WILL RELAX YOU ALSO , BUT NOT SOMETHIGN TO RELY ON OR WITH OTHER STREET DRUGS THAT MAY HELP .SEE A DR .
