so you would show your penis to your mom but not a doctor? thats wierd she doesnt have one so why show it to her. are you circumsized? if you are it could just be from not using lubrication. but honestly you wont get a real good answer on here. you need to go see a doctor to make sure its nothing serious. if it just hurts all day with out you touching it you may be allergic to something or you could have a bruise on it heck you could have a std for all i know or it could be a yeast infection yes you can get one and thats where it would be so yeah see a doc see a doc see a doc

First make sure the pain isn't a result of an infection or irritation. If that's ruled out then your hypersensitivity is actually rather common among many uncircumcised guys.

You don't really want to put any creams on it because that's only a short-term solution and could cause problems in the long run. You could try to desensitize the glans a little by retracting your foreskin all the way back and exposing the glans to the air (only) for a few minutes a day. After a while (like a few days to weeks maybe) the sensitivity should decrease just enough to be bearable to touch.

A lot of it is just getting used to it really. You don't need a doctor or your mom for this. The more you touch it the more you get used to it, and the less it'll hurt. If after a while you've exposed it to air, try letting it touch against something like a soft cloth to further desensitize it a bit more. Just don't keep your foreskin retracted for too long. As long as you have your foreskin you'll pretty much always have somewhat more sensitvity than a circumcised guy, and that's a nice bonus.

You can use a local anaesthetic cream made for internal use such as mouth ulcer gel, active ingredient lignocaine.
this and regular sex /masturbation will help desensertize.
This will also help treat your phimosis, once you get more retraction you can use surgical tape to hold skin back for a few hours a day ,clothes rubbing against glans will also help loose some sensitivity.Dont be in too much of a rush to loose all feeling though.
