There are 10 fishes in a box ,5 fishes are died, then 10 fishes remaining in box.
(FIVE DEAD AND FIVE LIVE AS PER THE DATA GIVEN BY YOU). I HOPE A BOX IS HAVING WATER FACILITY). IF NOT THAN ALL 10 ARE DIED.)

Day 1 : 5 live and 5 Dead fish
Day 2 : Live fish ate all the Dead fish
Day 3 : Four live fish Married each other. One acted as the priest.
Month 1 : They gave birth to lot of young fish
Month 2 : Half of them died. Live ones ate the dead ones..
Month 3 : Marriage
Month 4 : Birth
and the story goes on and on..

Right now there are 10 - 5 dead and 5 alive. If the box is not waterproof, though, there will soon be 10 dead ones.

No of fieshes in the box remains 10, irrespective of dead or alive; unless some one has added or removed - which is not mentioned in the data.
