Where is the best place to vacation in northern Florida in November?

I guess Pensacola, or Panama Beach.

Marianna in the Central Panhandle is good for a couple of days. Be sure to take the cave tour at nearby Florida Caverns State Park.

Anywhere along the Panhandle. Will problably be alittle to cool to swim but yiu did say Northern Fl. Destin's pretty nice.
