How about a fresh pork roast? Ypu score the skin and cook it in the oven. Then when it's done you can pick off the crunchy scored skin rinds. When I was a kid back East, they use to sell the pig's whole head or just the jowls or ears. I don't know anyone who ever ate those parts but I like pigs feet boiled to make a jelly (with lots of garlic) and some good Jewish rye bread. (the Jews don't know what they're missing).

I just like bacon.
But I don't really like ham or porkchops - ham is too salty and the texture is weird, and porkchops are always dry and not nearly as yummy as beef and chicken.

depends on how its cooked, it usually tastes dry, beef is way better especially when its med rare to rare, pork u have to cook good or u will get super sick
