well I have, today..I went to applebee's and Rickey Henderson was sitting at the table next to us. My mom (accidently bumped into him getting out of he chair) and we knew who he was, we had a conversation and got to take a pic and autograph with him. Have you met a celebrity before?

I caught a foul ball back in 1991 that glanced off the hands of Huey Lewis... so, as he was leaving I said "Excuse me Mr. Lewis, can you sign the baseball you didn't catch?"
So, when you bumped into Rickey did he say something like "Rickey is okay with Rickey's chair being bumped. Rickey would be happy to sign Rickey's name on a napkin. Rickey loves to meet Rickey's fans."
(In case you don't know... Rickey often speaks of himself in the third person.)

I met Joe Torre at a horsetrack when they were here playing the Twins. We had a good conversation. He loves to play the horses but didn't win that day either.

My mom used to work at this ritzy assisted living home in MA and she met Steven Tyler of Aerosmith because he had a relative living there. I once met the guys from Brand New (a punk band) at a concert but that is about it. Congrats on your celeb encounter!!

that's cool.....I met Sharon stone when I was younger before she became a big celeb. she was nice. i met a couple of athletes during this charity thing that Nomar had...called the Nomar Bowl. It's a bowling thing where celebs from the new england area and athletes from boston come and raise mosny for his charity. umm..ben affelik was there...hockey, basketball, football and baseball players were there. and of course nomar and mia hammwas there too.

yeah i was in an airport in cancun mexico and the ticketbooth called Marvin Harrison's name to come up so i assumed it was him and it ended up being him i got a picture and he signed my ticket stub since it was the only thing i could have signed, then on the plane i saw him eating mcdonalds with his 3 yearold son and wife i thought that was funny

I bump into Steve Yzerman all the time he lives near bye, and my girlfriend lived a few houses from Eminem, si in High School we would follow him, so we could say Hi (looking back it is so stupid , he must have known!)

I haven't, but my little brother met Andy Pettitte a year ago. He said he was enormous but really nice. He even joked that Roger Clemens was a showoff. Our orchestra teacher was so disappointed that he missed it!
