Yes, Proactiv is not gender-specific. Many guys have used it to help with their acne.

My wife tried it but was disappointed with it, but she has friends who have used it and have seen great improvement.

Look on the instructions, if it says for females only don't use it. lol, of course you can use it. My son is 18 and he uses it.
