A blog is an online diary where people share their thoughts and daily activities.
Basically u write about what u feel like! About ur family, ur hobbies, ur school, studies, ur job, ur children, ur spouse, ur political views, or celebrities or maybe promote ur business-anything u want!
Due to the easy availability of online publishing tools, even an average internet user can start a blog.

Refferal- When you join some affiliate program, you'll get your refferal link. Than, you promote that link. If someone join program thru your ref link, that person become your refferal, and you will be avarded for that from that program. That is usually some money, but sometimes it's percent of your refferal earn later.
Blog is online jurnal, at least that was in start. Now, that is kind of websites. You have free blog hosting you can try on http://blogger.com
