Read carefully, welfare is being abused by some idiots, but unfortunately there are some people who actually need it due to unpreventable circumstances.....for example; the fathers/husbands get up a leave them because he's just azzhole. And since the family relied on him for income, they end up with nothing and have to start from scratch.
