There is one in Quezon City & Manila. They're called Batasan Pambansa and Philippine Senate, respectively.

I have many friends and family in both places and they have not heard of it. Both Bulacan and Batangas are (if Im not misstaken) a little bit Soutwest of Manila, but my geography could be a little off.
