In the MLB, if a player hits a home run in an AIl-Star game, does it count to their career home runs??

What about if they hit one during the pre-season??? Both home runs will be during exhibitions games. So will it count???

Only the regular season stats count towards their career numbers.

No, the homeruns don't count; not even post-season homers (or other stats) count toward career stats, except that post season stats are talied up as a seperate 'career' stat.

no it won't count, and i also think playoff hrs are counted on a seperate tally b/c it aint fair if your team sucks and never makes the playoffs but u still hit em out

no, every MLB player's stats are based on 162 regular season games, not 163.
