Fresh vegetables, lean proteins and fruits. Skip the sugar, white bread and starches unless they are whole grain (brown rice, barley) Exercise at least 30 minutes a day and take a good multivitamin. The nice skin and hair come from a healthy diet. Try a place like meryl norman to get e free make over. They will teach you a thing or two about makeup

Lots of water. Find a sensible diet and follow it along with an exercise program. Exercise can be as simple as walking. And you may find some new friends. A mall or walking trail is a good way to start. Your doctor could provide you with a health diet. The fad diets only mess up your body. You are young try this and you will be even more beautiful. Good Luck

If you're waiting for an easy answer, there isn't one. Diet and exercise....how you eat is so important, getting all the nutrients. Your hair is no doubt an indicator of what's going on in your body, now.
