WHY?! I scanned my computer fpur times. Could it be my new screen savor?

Right-click on an empty space on the desktop.
click Properties.

Carefully (underline carefully) check out the tabs. You can set the screensaver almost any way you want.

Remember this, although cute and fun, screensavers with graphics are running in the background while you are using the PC. It is using part of your system's memory and, if too complicated, can slow you down.

Your screensaver has an option to alter the frequency of displaying a new image. Just find the control panel and set it not to change, or to change less frequently.
