Republicans will realize this when a large numbers of them are in jail for the crimes they have committed both against the constitution of the United States of America, our civil laws, and perhaps at some point, humanity. I don't think we need to mention the environment, or the health and welfare of our children or our children yet to be born. I am a conservative, but my beliefs (balanced budgets, respect for the rule of law, honesty, integrity, morality) bear no similarities to the party currently in power. In all fairness to the Republican Party, I feel it has been deeply dishonored and cheated by an evil core of probably less than a dozen men. The people have been lied to, and most notably Christians. We carry the blood of innocents on our hands now. The values and integrity of the party has been twisted into something malignite and unrecognizable at this point. All the lies in the world will not change the terrible facts that range from election fraud, to torture, to Katrina, to completely unwarranted war, and finally an almost unbelievable amount of fraud and corruption. The party of Lincoln, Washington and Eisenhower, has absented itself in the name of obscene profit and profiteering. The people in power have no souls, and no love of America----they simply couldn't. That so many have to suffer and die as a result of their lies is the real horror. I'm not saying the Democrats are much better, but they are better at this point and time. Anyone that actually cares for this country should take the time and research these issues. I did and it still wasn't enough, because I truly wanted to believe that our elected officials have our interest at heart. In order for me to finally come to my senses I asked myself this question: Knowing what I know now would I allow my children in the same room with Dick Cheney or Carl Rove? Not without a policeman present. With the President? Not without close supervision. I've come to the conclusion that he's mostly just stupid, dangerously so. He took too many drinks or drugs or both.

Just how did the Republicans disgrace our nation? You've made no accusations, and you've given no cause for your assertion.
Wake up and smell the coffee! You're just another dumb lib! The Republican party takes its trash out, the Democrats never do. The party of Barney Frank, Ted Kennedy, and Bill Clinton has no moral authority.
Go climb in a hole!

Well for what you need to believe in order to be a repubilcan...I think that we may be stuck with these whining, perverted need to know what goes on in everyone elses bedroom, war loving, environment killing disgraces for a long time. Unless we can make a law against stupidity sometime soon.
What You Need To Believe To Be A Republican
1. Jesus loves you, and shares your hatred of homosexuals and Hillary Clinton.
2. Saddam was a good guy when Reagan armed him, a bad guy when Bush's daddy made war on him, a good guy when Cheney did business with him, and a bad guy when Bush needed a "we can't find Bin Laden" diversion.
3. Trade with Cuba is wrong because the country is Communist, but trade with China and Vietnam is vital to a spirit of international harmony.
4. The United States should get out of the United Nations, and our highest national priority is enforcing U.N. resolutions against Iraq.
5 A woman can't be trusted with decisions about her own body, but multi-national corporations can make decisions affecting all mankind without regulation.
6. The best way to improve military morale is to praise the troops in speeches, while slashing veterans' benefits and combat pay.
7. If condoms are kept out of schools, adolescents won't have sex.
8. A good way to fight terrorism is to belittle our long-time allies, then demand their cooperation and money.
9. Providing health care to all Iraqis is sound policy, but providing health care to all Americans is socialism. HMOs and insurance companies have the best interests of the public at heart.
10. Global warming and tobacco's link to cancer are junk science, but creationism should be taught in schools.
11. A president lying about an extramarital affair is an impeachable offense, but a president lying to enlist support for a war in which thousands die is solid defense policy.
12. Government should limit itself to the powers named in the Constitution, which include banning gay marriages and censoring the Internet.
13. The public has a right to know about Hillary's cattle trades, but George Bush's driving record is none of our business.
14. Being a drug addict is a moral failing and a crime, unless you're a conservative radio host. Then it's an illness and you need our prayers for your recovery.
15. You should support "Executive Privilege" for every Republican ever born, who will be born or who might be born (in perpetuity.)
16. What Bill Clinton did in the 1960s is of vital national interest, but what Bush did in the '80s is irrelevant.
17. Support for hunters who shoot their friends and blame them for wearing orange vests similar to those worn by the quail.

So, you're now talking on a galactic level..... You might want to cut down on the Star Trek...
If we have to be like the far left of the Democrats, then I would rather have the Martians win...but seriously, if those are their standards, the Aliens aren't as advanced as we thought. ;-)

When you realize not all Republicans are created equal..
Without them our country wouldn't be as good as it is today... just like without liberals it wouldn't be as good.
we need both sides and all kinds, this is a 2 party system, get over it or get a better idea!

When will you realize that you're never correct in your statements. Funny how the terrorist use the same talking points as the Democrats... it's getting harder to tell them apart.

When will you liberal extremists get over you guilt complex, and realize that you can't make friends and keep the country secure by brown-nosing all these tin-pot "leaders" who would just as soon slit your throat as look at you?
