Oh by far the grossest film is "Children Shouldn't Play with Dead things" but the grossest non-horror flick is Jackass, i think because of all the vomiting it's just sickening

I have to agree with a couple of above answers and say Jackass: Number Two. It's not really a "movie" movie though. Seven is pretty disgusting, as well as one of my favorite movies. Braindead (Also known as Dead Alive), one of Peter Jackson's (Lord of the Rings) early films is a bit gross. It's not that bad though because it's not too serious. It's considered to be a horror-comedy. According to IMDB.com, it's said to be the bloodiest movie of all time based on the amount of blood used during production. I'm sure there are some nastier movies that I've seen that just aren't coming to mind at the moment. Happiness has been on my "movies to see" list for a while, thanks for the reminder.

~Trainspotting
~A Clockwork Orange
~Wonderland

All are great movies. But, some of the content was hard to watch. For instance, I was appalled by the dead baby (due to neglect and starvation) in Trainspotting. I just couldn't get over the idea of that really happening. The other two films were gross due to the violence.

I haven't actually seen this, but they talked about it on "I Love the 80's" on VH1... I can't even remember what it's called but Jeff Goldblum turns into a fly. Maybe it's called "The Fly." But even the littlest scenes they showed make me never want to see it.

John Waters' Pink Flamingoes
in which 'Devine' really eats real chicken poop on camera! She got sick in real life and had to have her stomach pumped (rumour has it) LOL! But it was sick to watch, as well as other 'scenes' in the movie...lol
