Winter Olympics - Figure Skating. Summer Olympics - Gymnastics.

Hockey of course. And the extreme ones - ski jumping, the skeleton [it was COOL!], bobsledding etc. Anything different.
I watched hockey - but only womens - because its a big Canadian sport. And because they kicked butt! And I watched most of the cool ones - the skeleton came back and it was just scary.
I don't watch the Summer ones except for diving and a little tennis.

I would say that the downhill skiers and iceskaters get a great deal of attention. I love them all. Watch as many as possible. I am always a bit sad when the Games are over.
