You need a prescription because contact lenses are fit to the curve of your eye. you can't just plop any lens in, it has to be the right one (not all of our eyeballs are the same size, curve, etc). Contacts are safe for you, but only if they are the right ones. The ones you want wouldn't have any corrective properties to them, so they wouldnt make things worse.

I put on touch lenses in the course of the day and glasses the first thing within the morning and at night time.My eye medical professional advised me that dressed in glasses, even just a little bit,is well for the eyes in view that they get activity.

I got blue contacts from my eye doc, I have 20/30 vision. But I would not recomend I had one go on the back side of my eye, & could not stomach to fix the prob. myself, costly mistake the eye doc charged me 200 to remove it. I also had a girlfriend whom did nt take hers off for a month or so & it parcially fused to her eye.

you ahve to go to an eye doctor and they need to look at your eyes and get a propper fit and stuff. contacts shouldn't be worn unless you need them though you're increasing you chance to make your eye sight worse or hurting your eyes
