What upgrades can I do to Mitsubishi Lancer EVO to do 1/4 mile in under 13 seconds? I am talking about the 2006 one that has 286hp and does 1/4 mile in 13.5 stock. How can I shorten that time to at least 12.9. I hear that they are extremely moddable. Like exhaust system alone can boost around 25hp. I don't want to upgrade turbo though.I was think some simple upgrades just to make 12.9 second car.

boost controller and efi will get you there, slicks also

Cold air intake, headers with a low restriction exhaust, computer chip and nitrious should do it. But the turbo is a one time power boost install that will put you through the seat!
