Yep - I'm happy... and a little annoyed - I wanted the Yankees to make it to the world series so the Mets could exact revenge for 2000... but I do like that the Yankees lost to the "lowly tigers"

Just got home from work, Let's go Mets, how'd they do tonight in LA? I've been a Mets fan most of their life (use to be a Brooklyn Dodger fan) and too bad the Mets can't have another subway series. It's not that I hate the Yankees, I just prefer the National league. Yes let's go Mets!!!

their two best starting pitchers aren't even available for the
post-season.

Those mets still have to get past St. Louis
