we meet, fall in love, decide to move to a new province
once there both get jobs and an apartment
decide to have a baby
at 4 months pregnant, go to ultra sound find out we are having a boy
dad is excited, happy to be having a son
dad talks to baby telling him he can't wait to hold him, take him for walks
he kisses my stomach everyday
one morning at 5 mths pregnant, we make love, slow dance in the living room, he tells me how happy he is, how much he loves me and can't wait for us to be a family
I get ready for work, and he kisses me and my stomach bye telling me he loves me and will see me after work
I come home from work and he is gone.......no note no nothing
one month later he calls saying sorry, love you will call you tomorrow
2.5 months later calls to find out how his son is now that he is born
we talk, he says he is coming to be with us, can't wait and he will call tomorrow
4 months go by, a phone call, promise I will call tomorrow and that was 3 months ago

It's hard because I never thought I was bringing my son into this world to not have his father with him. Wish I was a mind reader cuz it is probably the only way I will ever know what happened.

he has either a mental problem or he left you for someone else... and if you ask me i think it's both ...he makes it seem as if its a game or something...not being there with you taking care of his responsibility... i mean what the hell?? he don't want to take care of his child and he may have already been seeing someone and planned to leave you....i wouldnt have him back..the way he cut out on you was so cold....it's no excuse in the world for it...he sounds like a man who is living a double life...he may have family else where that you don't know anything about.... and they may not know anything about you.... you need to take all of this into consideration because it could very well be true....what person just storms up and leave like that...knowing they have a baby on the way.....there is something really weird going on here....and i hope you get to bottom of it.

it sounds like daddy may have gotten a little afraid of some responsibilities. he sounds to be torn-to do the right thing or not? If you want him in your life, give him time. If you dont, dont let him play on your emotions. Good luck honey.

Maybe it was too much for him to handle and he didn't want you to worry. He possibly needed a break. You really should find out whats going on with him this sounds suspicious to me.

because "he's just not that into you." i had a girlfriend and we were so happy and all of a sudden one day it was over for no reason. the real reason was she never liked me as much as she acted like. some people are just phony liars and actors. dump this guy, you can't depend on him, he's no good!

sounds like he's afraid of something.. but you should take
him to court and get child support, then stop waiting around
for him and move on.. you and your son deserve better.
