A common walking pace is 3 miles an hour. I walk faster-about 4 miles an hour. Anything faster than 4 miles an hour is deliberately walking fast for exercise ( or in a rush ).

I usually hike at around 2-3 MPH, and walk on level ground 3-5 MPH

A nice leasurely stroll would be about 2.5-3mph.
If you want to know how fast you walk, drive the route that you walked in your car and check the distance with the odometer.
