Their mother would never forgive HERSELF if her daughters do not come forward with this information. If the worst case scenario in that is that the mother chooses not to believe them then they need to simply report it to the police. There are child advocates who will make SURE this is looked into, will interview the children and the father. They are being violated. I believe this constitutes sexual abuse.
Also.......and I think this will work like a charm......tell your friend to confront her stepdad. Tell her to tell him that if he does it one more time, the lid will get completely blown off this thing and that there are people who know about it already so if he even thinks of doing something that renders them unable to tell the tale, someone else will and it will get taken clear on up to his boss, it will, in fact, get taken allllllll the way. He's preying on them now......but she can get the upper hand in a red hot second if she lays it down like that.

first this is a family matter.if something is really going on then your friend should open up.personaly unless i knew it for sure i would keep my mouth shut.have her describe this situation to an adult that both of you trust and go with whatthey say.i am not saying ignore it by any means.it just is a tough one to work with.does this girl have any problem with him?just alot of things for a kid to figure out.i certainly would not cause a big thing over it till all the facts were on the table.if you guys ruin this guys job over nothing then how are they going to live?it doesnt matter if it true or not once he is accused in the publics eye he is done.just know what your getting into before you go forward.I do commend you 100% for caring.their are not alot of people left that do.

This man absolutely does no longer get the trace, however what you have got given him used to be no trace it used to be factor clean NO. I feel I could hinder this man in any respect fee. It turns out that he feels it ok to grope on you while he is aware of that he's crossing the road with you. This man has disrespected you in each and every feel of the phrase and your bigger off to eliminate him. Why do you hold blaming your self? Your no longer at fault. Do no longer believe this man any beneath instances and don't allow your self be by myself with him. Its difficult to inform precisely what he'll do. I desire you good fortune. It turns out this man has a few emotions for you, however its noticeable that you just see him as a pal best. Your bigger off with out him.

This guys sounds like a pervert and may eventually try to do something bad to your friend. I think she should tell her mother whats going on regardless of what the outcome is. It would be far worse if this guy ends up trying to molest her and obviously her mother would be better off without this creep!
