At this site at www.Baseball-Reference.com, you can see a breakdown of every team's record against every other team, from whatever time period you choose. This link is for 1958 (when they moved to California) through 2005 (2006 stats are not yet updated, they will be in a month or so). If you want to go further back, just type in from the year 1901. Also, click on the "games" link and you can see the score, box score and pitchers of decision of EACH one of those games between SF and LA. (and of course the same for any other 2 teams match up, like Yankees-Mets, White Sox-Cubs, etc.)

If your question is about the only the LA Dodgers and the SF Giants, but not their previous teams i.e. (Brooklyn and New York), then it is the Dodgers. The question is a little bit more difficult to answer if you're including the previous franchises.

This year the Dodgers beat up on the Giants by winning 13 and losing 6.
