There aren't any satellites that can read license plates. The required resolution would be 0.2 in/60mi = 50 nrad. The atmosphere can only support a resolution of about 5000 nrad. Additionally, the satellite would need to have an aperture of almost 30 m to achieve that resolution.
Besides, everyone knows that Bigfoot is part of the military-industrial conspiracy ;-)
