press the pad of your index finger to the contact... use your middle finger to pull your lower eyelid down then kind of push your contact out with the side of your thumb and the pad of your index finger. Push it over to the inside of your eye and it should come out.

It takes practice but you can do it.

OK....since u have long nails...here are the ecat steps for you to do.

1. you see where the nail is right? Underneath that nail is the tip of your finger...take the tip of your finger and gently press down on the contact and it will stick to the tip of your finger and BAM! You have it!

p.s- never take out contacts with your fingernails...only the tip of your finger or the bottom of ti so it can be easier. GOOD LUCK!

Go to pharmacy and look for these little optical plunger things. Maybe an inch or so long and like a toilet plunger but very small. Older people with arthritis use them to put in and take out contacts. Should do the trick.

Try to just use your skin,{the tips of your fingers,if this don,t work, cut down the 2 nails you use to remove them,to a resonable size you can work with and just keep rest long, just file them nice after you clip,I bet nobody will even notice the2 shorter ones!Good luck,Hollywood

I used to instruct women with long nails to use the pads of their fingers. I find it easiest to use the pads of both middle fingers to push against the edges of the contact--pointing nails up to keep them from pointing toward the eye. It would be easier to show you than it is for me to explain it--do you understand what I'm describing? Both my thumbs are kind of under my chin.

pull the corner of your eye with the tip of your finger like you are squinting (or you are Asian) open your eyes as wide as possible, look down and blink. They should come out.
