To see my mom gasp for air (She has COPD), or to know that one of my kids have done something while knowing that it was wrong.

When I help my mother do things, that she used to be able to do for herself,before she was paralyzed back in 1999, from a simple fall. It kills me to see her this way, but I am thankful that she's still alive, she's still mom, no matter what.
