"One More Minute" is one of my all-time favorites but I also love "I Love Rocky Road" (I'm a BIG Joan Jett fan too!), "White and Nerdy" (on the new album), "King of Suede," "This Song's Just 6 Words Long," "Those Were The Good Ole Days," "The Biggest Ball of Twine in Minnesota," "The Night Santa Went Crazy," "Jerry Springer," and "Albuquerque."
I've loved all since his very first appearance on The Tomorrow Show with Tom Snyder, back in 1980, before he did much more than play his accordion while Jon "Bermuda" Schwartz banged on the case. Wow, so simple were the times then. Loved his Weird Al Show, loved the shows on MTV where it appeared to take over the broadcast signal, loved seeing him live in concert in 1999 (while I was pregnant no less), and I love seeing my 6yo son sing all the songs by heart. Weird All would definitely be the soundtrack of my life... Al and the Beatles.
I still haven't quite forgiven him for getting rid of his trademark glasses, but at least he's doing a mustache again... along with the goatee, but still.
If you haven't gotten the new CD yet, get it! It's a dual disk with videos on DVD on the back side of the music and some footage of him and his band recording the new album. Final shot is his little girl looking through the doors at her dad recording. SO CUTE!

I have always thought that Al was a genius. His music requires thought and a brain in order to come up with the stuff he does. I love MIDNIGHT STAR and THE SAGA BEGINS and YOUR HOROSCOPE FOR THE DAY. My favortie part is " tomorrow you'll wake up do a bunch of stuff and then go back to sleep"
I was in love with all when he first came on the scene. If I had met him forst I would have married. him. That what I tell my husband for the fun of it.
When his parents died two years ago he wrote a very heart felt letter to his fans.. He really h\is a very good person.
I would like to meet him some day just to tell him that I admire the humor and the thought that goes into it

Picking ONE is really hard. His sense of humor, the way he carries out the videos, it all makes for a lot of fun.
I like how he gets permission from the musicians before he makes a parody. That's really interesting, because most singers are really serious about their music.
All the Michael Jackson songs, and the Madonna songs he parodies are really funny. I like Yoda, also.
Can't think of one we don't like. Guess that makes me weird, too.

No one has said anything about your pitiful. I think it is funny how the artist gave permission but the record label or whoever has their shorts in a bunch. I think it is an honor to have weird al do one of their songs.

I like him, too. He has a talent that only certain people can appreciate. His parents lived in a town close to mine and they passed away together due to carbon monoxide poisoning in their home. He seems to be a strong person that is healing through his music.
