There is no question in my mind that Kimi gives it his all in every F1 race. He has been plagued by mechanical problems because he has driven less than the best cars available. I look for him to be a real force to contend with next year when he takes over Schumachers seat in a Ferrari. I'm betting that he will win a world championship with Ferrari in the next couple of seasons.

I think a lot of the criticism of Kimi is a result of his off track antics. I guess some team owners, and many fans, do not appreciate a driver who likes to go out and enjoy the nightlife.

I think he has a point, but at the same time Kimi is still a young man and has a lot of time left in F1 to grow up. Ferrari may demand that he takes his racing more seriously than Ron Dennis, as Dennis seems to have a thing for Finnish men, so maybe lets him get away with too much.

Maybe if McLaren had given him the reliability needed to challenge for the championship, Kimi may have taken things a lot more seriously, As it is I think he feels that as he can't win, he doesn't need to be as disciplined as Schumacher or Alonso.

I think we'll see a different Raikkonen from next season, a stronger, more confident man that will take the Title.

Presumably Sir Frank was referring to Kimi's extra curricular activities. It appears Kimi does a good James Hunt impression (imbibes a lot), although I'm not sure if James ever frequented the type of clubs Kimi seems to like.

Sir Frank is just jealous that his team is so down from past high points that he must resort to sniping at one of the best drivers on the market. His comment would almost be relevant if he had a car good enough for the caliber of driver that Kimi is. Lets face it, Sir Frank is finally over the hill. He has struggled for years with his physical problems and his team has suffered along with him. When Patrick Head retires, I am sure that the team will be sold to the highest bidder.

HA! Finally a F1 question!
I think that there are personality conflicts going on with Kimi moving to Ferrari next year.

He might not be but he has pulled some FABULOUS wins out of his hat and if Williams could keep their engines from going kablamo (to quote David Hobbs) he would seem much more disciplined.

I think that the next couple of years will tell if he is to be the next Michael S. or not... it will be interesting!

NEVER listen to a word that comes out of Frank Williams' mouth. If it were a Sunny Day and he told me so, I wouldn't believe that S.O.B.

As long as he separates pleasure from business, he's free to do whatever he wants in his free time especially that he's an extremely talented driver.
