My problem is i have fat legs i.e hips and thigs.My body dimensions are 35.5 Chest----34 Waist-----36 Hips.I am 6ft around 183 cm appx (weight around 85 KG).I have following Questions
1-Are my body dimensions good or should i change them?
2-I think my hips and thigs(legs) are fat how can i decrease weight there?What do yoy ppl say are they fat w.r.t other dimensions.
3-Should i remove hair from all over body or trim?

Plz reply i am pretty worried about these things.Thanks!

well r u a guy or a girl, and how old r u?
but
1- u sound perfectly fine.
2-squats for the legs, buh big hips r gd.
3- DO NOT REMOVE ALL UR HAIR! *shudder*
and try buying clothes that show off ur hips and chest.

If you excercise regularly and eat a health diet then you shouldn't be to waorried about your body shape. If you're not sure whether you do or not shcedule an appointment with a nutritionist and/or a personal trainer. Many gyms have personal trainers who are prohibitivly expensive. It's not about whether your dimensions look good on paper it's about whether you look and feel healthy. As for the hair whatever you like, or ask a friend if they think you look to hairy.

First of all don't worry about this stuff!!!! you must be confident with your self and then you look really pretty!I know this sounds so cliche but it works really..... try to work it out.

As far as your thighs are concerned the only way to lose weight there is to walk...walk a lot , walk everywhere, park your car far from your work and walk. stop one stop earlier when on the bus and walk. take a dog out and walk. go shopping and walk. walk whenever wherever. I had the same problem and this is how i got thinner on this part of the body. The rest of my body was thin and only my thighs fat. So by losing weight I was losing from breast and other parts i didn't want to lose...BUT walking is the best all trainers have advised me... And try not to work your thighs out allot with weights cause then the swallow...

You need to stop worrying about those kind of things. And start worrying about something important. Unless you weigh 300 pounds i would not be to worried, Hang in there and look at all the people around you some are fat some are thin there is nothing we can do about it, Learn to have a high self esteem and do something you love in life and you will always be happy.-Sincerly your Love

i think you are ok, you have broad hips nutting wrong with that. U dont look like u have a coca cola shape but u are close.

dont do anything to urself. God made u that way.

Just start wearing some tight jeans and make the guys go wild with ur hips

You did not say, if you area male or a female, and how old you are.It all depends.

Generally speaking, eat half of what you are eating now and walk 15 minutes after each meal. Or walk about 1 hour every day.

You sound fine. Don't remove all your hair- it is gross. Humans have hair. Everywhere. Accept it. It can be sexy. And you should learn to belly dance if you think you have fat hips. It will help tone and sculpt them, and it trains you to move them gravefully.
