Buenos Aires, Argentina---it's like a mix of Paris and New York, but much cheaper. Also the night life is great and the men are hot. Women--so so. They all smoke a lot so their skin is very very ugly...:) If you have extra money you should go there!!!

Mexico City!
Just the fact that it's the largest city in the world and the most populated, there is so much to see and so much to do! You could spend weeks in Mexico City and still not see everything!

San Francisco, California -- The beauty of Italy but way more upscale. Liberal enough to have a good time, but also family-friendly. As well... it's probably the only city on the face of the planet where you will see millionaires chitchatting on the sidewalks with the bums.

Best can be subjective. If you can afford it, Vancouver BC has to be one of the prettiest and most orderly cities in the World.
