I'm sure there are men who become metrosexuals before being able to admit to themselves their own homosexuality, but I think most metros are not going to become gay.

My understanding of metrosexuality is that it's men who take more time to make themselves look good. Some take it the extreme by getting weekly manicures and all that, but most dont. They take the time to find a shirt that looks good, to do their hair, to cut and clean their nails, to look good enough that women go "Ooo-er, yummy."
That's like saying smoking cigarrettes leads to doing PCP. No real proof or actual logic behind it. Then again, I know smokers that have done/do PCP, but I also now a few gay men who are absolute slobs and NEED to embrace metrosexual lifestyles.

I think it's more accurate to say that metrosexuality can lead to other forms of annoying behaviour.

I think that people that are metro are more willing to fully exress themselves. For men that are bisexual they'd be more likely to get into a gay relationship than a bi guy that's pretending to be all manly and straight.

Only if the guy was gay to begin with. How you dress does not determine your sexuality. Some men take pride in how they look, that doesn't make them gay.

A homosexual or a heterosexual can be a metro-sexual. But, metro-sexuality doesn't lead to homosexuality any more than being heterosexual does.

Being either homosexual or heterosexual is a sexual orientation.
Being metro-sexual is a lifestyle, like being preppy, punk, grunge or goth.
