I like ratemyeverything. I've been on some of the more popular ratings sites and this one has a nice user interface. They've got it setup so that you can have a personal page on there too (if any of the developers are reading this, you should set it up so that other users can rate each others profiles!).

I like the Rate your professor because you get a good idea of what professor you may want or be stuck with.
