if my husband was cheating on me and you were a friend of mine and you knew 100% that he was having an affair, I would be very upset if i found out you knew about it. I don't think i would be able to trust you anymore. Part of being a good friend is sometimes telling someone the things they don't want to hear. I'd rather hear from a trustworthy friend that my husband was cheating on me than come home and find him in bed with another girl.

You don't!!!! Don't even think about it. The worst thing you can do is interfere in someone's marriage. If you must say something, then you talk to the husband. Let him know that you are aware of the situation and that he had better stop what he's doing and talk to his wife. If you find out that he is continuing his adulterous behavior, give him an ultimatum; either he tells her or you will. Force him to be honest. If his wife is not in a place where she wil be receptive to this information, you don't want to be the one to tell her. She will only end up hating you and clinging to him even more. Remember, friends don't cause pain, they help to alleviate it.

just tell them. It's never going to be an easy conversation to get into, so you might as well just say it and pray that the person is given strength to decide what to do from there. If you honestly believe that someone's spouse is cheating on them, tell them the truth. Especially if you are a friend. It's better to hear it from a friend and sooner than from a stranger later on.

How well do you know this friend. Chances are she already knows some women choose not to make waves. they dont' want to know. for various reasons . I would suggest you not tell her. Even if you do. either way she'll be hurt and worse even though your trying to do the proper thing here it may back fire on you and she ends up never speaking to you again.
Think it through

You have to confront the person.
But make sure you are 100% sure and have evidence that can support it, otherwise you could find yourself in terrible trouble.
I believe if someone knows of a partner cheating they should be told...........it would be so humiliating to have everyone else know but you.
