I have a wonderful concept that will make me and the lucky corporation lots of money. Is there a corp. I can submit this to without them stealing my idea.

Most (almost all) corporations don't want to mess with "outside people with ideas" because quite frankly their ideas are usually terrible.
If you are that confident, go for it yourself. Put together a prototype. Write up a small business plan and seek outside help. Why let someone make money off of your idea?
And don't pay anyone you see off of TV or magazines. No, no, no. If it is an invention. Seek out a patent attorney.
Look in the phone book for:
SCORE
Small Business Development Center (they are at universities)
