I want tobecome an engineer but time left for prepration is just 3-4 months& my parents are worried about me.What should i do to not let their expectations down? Please tell me is it possible to prepare good for competative exam(espeacially IITJEE,BITS&AIEEE) I am student of 12th class.

four months is sufficient time for preparing provided you have studied your subjects reasonably well during +2. other than IIT, most exams are basically selection type. for the entrance exams prepare with a reputed coaching guide and capsule books also since it will reduce the stress on you. anyway learning science is never going to let you down. still, if you dont like physics and maths DONT commit yourself to engineering. discuss with your parents and teachers about your preferences and listen to them with an open mind . they know you for some time and can give valuable suggestion. Parental pressure ! Well how much is it going to cost for all the tuitions to get you up to mark for entry exams? What are you good at? what would you like to do with your life.? You need to discuss these things with someone other then your parents but itshould be someone who your parents value their opinion. This is a very trying point of your life and no one says it will be easy but if you dont have a game plan for your life then your parents think they are helping by deciding for you right noe concentrate on your board exams and on the side do some self-evaluation and find out what YOU want.

Just stay calm, think it is just another exams,u must have preapred well for ur boards which will indeed help u for ur entrance exams.Right now u should foccus in the topics in which u think ur not good & make it count that u practice different type of question & most important u should remain cool.

The only place u can get admission is in some pvt colleges,you r really short of time or else if u get more than 92% marks in each subject in class XII then u can try Bits pilani.
