I forgot the password to my hotmail acct that I created so long ago. the 2 ways that it gives you to retrieve the information are just not working for me...Can anyone help please?

u can send e-mail to them and they will ask u some question then if you answer the them right .....they will give u new pass word

I would try contacting them directly through a contact us link or similar. I had a similar problem with Yahoo, someone hacked into this account and changed the password and all the information I needed to get my password again. I contacted Yahoo directly and they asked me some questions and were able to verify that I was the correct user. Good luck!

If you can't remember your secret question answer or guess your password again you are out of luck and it's lost forever unless you have MSN or another program linked to hotmail that has your password automatically saved.

Just make a new one. Either that or really thing hard. Maybe you left some bizzare clue for yourself (I always do that, just so I associate the password with something).

The password is designed to protect your account from intruders. If you don't know the password, you are now an intruder.
