Six Flags is not closing down. It is closing down several of its parks because it's something like 2.5 billion dollars in debt. However Six Flags itself is not closing.

they are going to close some six flags parks for financial reasons...they don't know which ones will close yet. supposedly they are going to keep the ones that have the greatest land value or something like that.
it was on the news a few weeks ago.
