I agree with your Ideas 100 percent. The kids are the ones that really suffer,as long as their is no abuse in the family including on the wife,I agree.Need to put it to our law makers and let them do something about it,but it will never happen its gone to far and to long now, good Idea though.divorce is a legal way to play with someones life and hurt them unless you are the kids are being abused.

Conflict or anger itself does not have to cause an irreparable rift between partners. With good communication skills and a shared commitment to a marriage, even these are surmountable. How to save your marriage https://tr.im/njByF
However, at that point where one partner is at the brink of abandoning the relationship, how can the remaining partner save their marriage? If you are at the point where your spouse has asked for a divorce, what can you do?
You must realize first that, you do have a choice. Often, when confronted by a crisis, we find ourselves backed into a corner thinking we have no choice in the matter. How can we change the situation when it involves another person's feelings or decisions? While we cannot, must not and in no way manipulate, blackmail or threaten our partner into changing their mind, we can actually control how we react to the situation. If anything, you must realize that you still have control over yourself. You have the opportunity to look inward and take responsibility for your own feelings and actions and even have the chance to take personal inventory of what your partner is trying to tell you. Are there points in your marriage that must be changed? If so, respond appropriately and proactively.

In addition to a conspicuous lack of logic in your question and its explanation, it also seems as if you are completely incapable of looking at things from anyone's view but your own. It's a big world out here, with a wide variety of people in it. They have as much right to self-determination as you do. Your marriage may be more damaging to your kids than my divorce was to mine. The fact that you think you know best for others simply exposes your narrow mindedness. Look to your own life, let others live theirs.

Suck it up. Divorce is just that, divorce. If you found someone who beat the hell out of you, then you mean to tell me you will stay in it. Dumb ***!
