Britain has several parties and so do many other democracies, including Canada. A choice is great for democracy. Just like a choice of cars or clothes. Two powerful parties in the US make it so hard for any other party to start and be taken seriously.

China has a no party system. Is that what you promote?

It's been known for years that the Republicans blackmailed any politician who was sleeping with children and prostitutes so they could have a one party government.

All those guys can step aside now that Foley has been outed as a pedophile. You can help by requesting that rigged Republican voting machines be scrutinized from this day forward. Help Save America!

It would be hard without some political parties for people to identify with, but we definitely need more than two. Right now our country is being torn apart by two parties more interested in their own political power than doing what's right for America.

More political parties would be far more representative of the varied political leanings of America. The far right and left could have their own parties and the vast majority of moderates could have theirs. It would, I think, restore our democracy.

A one party system like in England would be better than none. But a no party system would be even worse. That means everyone would have to come to a consensus. And that will never happen.
