but its like almost 11 pm, what can I eat????

peanut butter & syrup. Mix them together with a glass of milk on the side!!!

Don't know why your question made me think of this snack I used to make years ago when there was absolutely nothing in the house to eat.
Take the crust off of any bread stale or otherwise and fry in butter on top of the stove in a fry pan till golden brown. Sprinkle with granulated sugar and enjoy!

the other day on yahoo! it said that if you eat a midnight snack its not that big a deal and your body will use the calories the next day. just eat something with less than 250 calories in it. you should try a bowl of wheat cereal like frosted shredded wheat b/c it'll fill you up.

My favorite late night snack is cereal in a cup. It's a lot less messier than a bowl because you can just pour the milk right into your mouth without worrying about spillage from being tired. :D
