Try spell check. That's just ridiculous. How do you spell "ethics" wrong (etheacs) when you are posting in the "law & ethics" category?

What's your disability, English? First you need to get approved for disability so that you can prove damages. You would be able to show how much you would have received if he had done his job. Without being approved first, it is just speculation.

BTW, you don't need a lawyer to get SSI. All you have to do is fill out the papers and get medical records. They have their own doctors review the records to see if you are disabled. Most cases get denied the first time.

My son is missing half his brain and got denied. We just filed an appeal and he was approved. No lawyer.

You know what's outrageous is 95% of lawyers don't testify against other lawyers, same with doctors, police officers, etc. Anywhere you find pleasure likes company and good ole' boys. However the last 5% is out there, you just have to find it. Hit the bricks.

You should forward this posting to Social Security. If your level of stupidity can't get you disability, nothing will. You could say you also have only half of a brain. I seriously doubt anyone would even question you.

Try using a dictionary before submitting a question, this is outrageous.
