I got a 45 in a 35 in LA by a Sheriff using a laser gun. Any suggestions?

I can tell you in L.A. county you are not going to get out of that ticket. Just be thankful it didn't happen in Kern County. Also my Brother-in-law is a Va. state trooper and he said that laser is not easy to defend because he was trained to tag the front tag.

dispute his claims in court, usually if another car is within 50' of yours it can be disputed.
bring a friend as a witness.
Draw a diagram of the way it "happened" and have it down.
Point out how many people were murdered, raped, kidnapped, robbed, burglarized and battered that same day.
