I need to know like, what stamp would i use etc.

Use this link and just put in the number of ounces.

1 oz is 84 cents....2 oz is $1.70, 3 oz is $2.55

Just put on the correct amount of US postage.

The cost of sending a letter to France depends on 2 things.
1. The Country you are sending it from.
2. The weight of the letter.

I You can find the current rates on the Post office web site for the Country you are sending it from.
Since you did not say which country you are sending it from, I cannot give you a cost or a web site link;.

Just call the postoffice and ask them how much it costs to mail a letter to France from where you live.

Where are you sending your letter from? If from US, a regular letter is $0.80. I know it coz I have a friend in France.
