How to grow elkhorns from spores.?

Question

I have an elkhorn which has produced spores. Can anyone give directions for growing these ferns from the spores ? Either this or suggest a web site that gives directions. I have tried various search engines but have only found descriptions of "fertile fonds" and where the spoes are located.

The spores are microscopic and extremely difficcult to grow. That's why these plants, in nature, make millions of spores to get 5 or 6 new plants.
