My boyfriend and I were talking and I was cooking some fried chicken, catfish, and shrimp gumbo. My boyfriend keep on trying to make-otu with me while I was cooking. Lately, he has been very horny. He keeps on saying that I'm very hard to resist, because I'm trying to fast for Ramadam and that means no s-e-x. I think it's hard for me to resist him to. Is it very hard for a guy to not have sex for a while?

My boyfriend is Roman Catholic and I'm a Christain/Muslilm I'm only particpating in Ramadam because my grandfather says that I need to be cleansed. I'm not really a devout Christain or Muslim.

OK, so how does this work?

You're not supposed to have sex out of wedlock, under Islamic law.

Your complaining he wants sex during the holy days of Ramadam- and you're not married, right?

Sounds like you've got some serious spiritual problems

Yeah, sounds like you are at that age. Between 16 and roughly 30, guys are pretty much sex addicts. It's not unusual for them to want it several times a day. What you are experiencing right now comes from both that, and the fact you told him he can't have it.

Sometimes, for a guy, the hunt is what it is all about.

He should respect your wishes of no sex for Ramadam. It is not hard for men not to have sex for a while, if they need to get off there are other means.

First, you know that you are not supposed to have a boyfriend. Fasting during Ramadan is not going to cancel out zinna (major sins). You know that. It is better not to be around him so that you are not tempted. I know dozens of Muslims that fast the whole month and don't break their fast. Besides, once it is sundown, couples (who are married of course), can have all the sex they want.......until sunrise of the next day!

Consult Fiqh al-Sunnah about fasting.

Is your boyfriend Muslim also? If he is, I am surprised he isn't worried about his own salvation.
